More than 5 billion people could suffer water shortages by 2050 due to climate change, increased demand and polluted supplies, according to a UN report on the state of the world’s water.

It is imperative that governments, organisations, and individuals come together to save this life-giving resource in a sustainable manner. Some of the changes we can easily adopt are from today are using less fresh water for bathing, collecting and using rainwater for household needs/sanitation, improving our systems for managing waste water etc.
